But now Lucie Jones has taken on a dramatically different role, as a lingerie model in the new campaign for Wonderbra's Full Effect Bra. The 19-year-old has been unveiled in a new advertising campaign for the £28 lingerie which promises to boost cleavage by up to two sizes. The Welsh singer said: 'Because of X Factor my career was given a real life and it has enabled me to experience so many amazing things - now I'm really excited that thanks to Wonderbra, I can give other girls that same boost.' Her new role was announced this week, but she left a cryptic message on her Twitter page last month, hinting at the upcoming announcement. 'I'm at a photo shoot, I wonder what it's for,' she wrote on August 31. Lucie is following in the footsteps of former Wonderbra spokeswomen Sophie Anderton, Dita Von Teese and the most famous of all, Eva Herzigova, who fronted the 1994 'Hello Boys' campaign. While she is yet to sign a record deal since being knocked out of the talent competition last year after famously losing to Jedward, Lucie's classic good looks meant she was quickly snapped up by the modelling industry. | |||||

The multi-millionaire, 50, said the production team on the ITV talent hit were sent reeling following Mrs Cole's collapse and subsequent battle with malaria. Cowell, said: 'Everyone was talking to each other and the schedule was sent into chaos. For that one moment when you get the call, you're not thinking about the show at that point. It was all about her and how serious it was. 'I didn't know much about malaria but apparently it was the really serious strain of it. We were really worried. But look, this is real life. People get sick, but unfortunately she got very sick and you've got to deal with it. This is what making reality TV is all about.' He also revealed that 27-year-old brunette's focus is the show now that the worse of her illness is over. The workaholic star told the new X magazine: ''Cheryl told me it was like coming out of a nightmare. 'Over the last two weeks we've seen the old Cheryl again. She's very pleased with her category, she's excited about the talent she's got and very focused on the show again.' And it seems Louis Walsh could have a secret crush on Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger if the 50-year-old is to be believed. |
