JOEL MADDEN's been busy. When he's not making babies with Nicole Ritchie he's working on LA GIRLS with his pal, soon to be hip-hop mega-star, MAMS TAYLOR - check out his MySpace Page. http://youtube.com/watch?v=9DMpLfbPW0M

It looks like he skipped THE X FACTOR and is going straight to the top by himself (and with a little help from some friends).

Who's Mams Taylor you may ask? Well, he's the guy that knocked out Jesse Metcalf last month! The story goes that Jesse was rude Taryn Manning – Mams Taylors now EX-girlfriend. Jesse was drunk, got a over familiar and heavy handed. So Mams Taylor ended up knocking Jesse on his ass! Crazy! You can see the punch that rocked Jesse here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DnHBfNtPxyI - but why Mams has work out gloves on is anyone’s guess?

Anyway, lucky for us the Mams Taylor and Joel Madden duo are more into loving than fighting so here's a link to the LA GIRLS music video starring… Wait for it… Mila Kunis (Forgetting Sarah Marshall), Carmen Electra (mucho caliente… Say no more), Emmanuelle Chriqui (Entourage), Kelly Carlson (Nip Tuck) and UFC Champ Rampage Jackson (Mama's gonna knock you out).

The damn song is stuck in my head and I've been humming it all day.

Is Joel Madden leaving Good Charlotte? Hell no. But he is doing what he does best – making great music.

Sharon Osbourne is really gone. This is not just a publicity trick.

In the past few seasons, x factor judge sharon osbourne would dramatically threaten to leave the show, sometimes even walking off to return later. In the past it appeared it was to draw viewers to the show, but this time the show is not even on the air, and she is gone.
During Week 42, the x factor website revealed by way of ITV press statement that Sharon Osbourne has left the x factor. I don’t think any of us are really in shock, but the mother figure of the show will be missed.

An official ITV statement announced:

‘Sharon Osbourne has decided to leave The X Factor after four fantastic years. ITV thanks her for her immense contribution to the show and for all her humour, compassion and energy.

She has been a tremendous judge and mentor on the programme but we respect her wish to leave and wish her the very best with her future projects.’
