After wearing her sprayed-on tight trousers and bra top at the weekend, last night, the Bad Boys star was wearing barely-there denim hotpants and carrying the cutest Yorkshire terrier this side of the Pennines. The X Factor winner was emerging from a six-hour meeting at the London headquarters of her record label Sony. | |||||

The X Factor star's turbulent four-year marriage to Chelsea and England star Ashley was dissolved in less than 60 seconds this morning. A judge accepted that their relationship had broken down because of the Chelsea footballer's 'unreasonable behaviour'. In High Court papers, Cheryl claimed that Cole was still acting unreasonably, leading to suggestions that the pair are still battling over how to split their housing and assets. District Judge Chris Simmonds granted the Girls Aloud singer, 27, a decree nisi. The pair now face a six-week 'cooling off period' before a decree absolute is granted, which will end their marriage for good. The pair's divorce petition, which was listed under their initials in a bid to try to avoid publicity, appeared first in a list of 29 undefended petitions. After citing unreasonable behaviour as her reason for divorce, Cheryl used a question-and-answer-style form supporting her petition to add that 29-year-old Cole's behaviour was still continuing. Neither Cheryl nor Ashley was present at the High Court in central London this morning. Cheryl is currently in LA with her close friend Derek Hough, while Cole is preparing for tonight's European qualifying match with Bulgaria at Wembley. The pair separated in February after public allegations about the England and Chelsea defender's infidelity. |
